The team get out for some winter training at Mauvoisin. A period of stable warm weather after massive amounts of snow made for great ice climbing conditions high above Verbier. Good quality ice running down large features with loads of routes at most grades offers varied and interesting ice climbing.
Interesting climbing with 2 different dmm tools the rebel and the Apex. The difference was significant. Really secure placements, a good aggressive angle and well weighted, really great tools! The Dmm switch looks even more aggressive, very similar design to the Nomic and I’m certainly interested in picking up a pair!
